These terms apply to your use of the websites knowledge-noodles.com and knowledgenoodles.co.uk (the “site”), run by Knowledge Noodles (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the site

Knowledge Noodles provides free revision resources for GCSE and A-level students, including revision cards and quizzes. We also plan to sell physical and digital products through our shop. The site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to AQA, Eduqas, WJEC, Pearson, OCR or any other exam board. Exam board names are used only to say which specification a resource covers.

2. Educational use, accuracy and no guarantee of results

We work hard to make our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is complete, error-free or matches the latest specification or mark schemes. Cards and model answers are written to help your revision, they are not official mark schemes and are not written or approved by an exam board. Always check against your specification, past papers, mark schemes and your teacher’s guidance. We do not guarantee any particular exam result.

3. Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial study and teaching. You agree not to: copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or sell our content without our written permission; use the site in an unlawful way or in a way that harms it, other users or us; try to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with its security; or use automated tools to collect data from it. Teachers may use the site with their own classes, including displaying content on screen, but may not redistribute it or put it on another website or platform.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text, questions, answers, graphics, logos and other content on the site belong to Knowledge Noodles or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. Knowledge Noodles and our logos are our brands. Photographs and images may be used under licence or are copyright of their owners. All rights are reserved except for the limited use allowed above. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email hello@knowledge-noodles.com and we will look into it promptly.

5. Adverts and third-party links

The site may show adverts and link to other sites. We do not control or endorse third-party websites, products or adverts, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them.

6. Shop

When our shop opens, products will be sold under separate terms of sale shown at checkout. These will include our prices, delivery, digital downloads, returns and your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Until then, shop pages are for information only and do not form an offer to sell.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback, corrections or suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve the site without paying you, and without any duty of confidentiality.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or fault-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, for example for maintenance or updates.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, because the site’s free content is provided on an ‘as is’ basis, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the free content, including loss of marks or grades, or for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not liable for loss of business, profit or revenue if you use the site for business purposes.

10. Children

If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or carer has read these terms with you. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or carer before contacting us or buying from us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute connected with the site are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and consumers keep any rights they have to use their home courts.
